In this workshop we will be making a 8 strand braid over a flexible core.  We will be using hand-dyed silk yarn and a variety of beads for embellishment.  All materials except those noted below are included in the kit.  The items below will be available for purchase on the day of the class if you do not have any of them.

You will need:

• a foam kumihimo disc
• a beading needle,
• a small sewing needle,
• a tapestry needle
• small and large scissors
• a ruler or tape measure
